Professional Experience:  Assistant Superintendent for 7 Years with a national company building large multi-family communities in the phoenix area

Superintendent for 16 years on multi-site apartment communities

Annual Continuing Home Inspection education (20 Hours) by the American Society of Home Inspectors

Graduate of the Sonoran Desert Institute college of Home Inspectors
